1 - Twist the dispenser so the hole is in the open position (two holes are aligned)

2 - Using two hands, pull the two pieces apart 

3 - Fill with compatible treats (see below more information) making sure you don’t fill above the neck of the unit

4 - Align the two ends, with the two holes in the open position 

5 - Push back together until you hear a click 

1 - The dispenser works best with hard treats to create a rattle 

2 - To get a great sound and a reward your dog will love, choose one of our compatible treats

3 - Consider filling part with treats and part with kibble to create the perfect sound and high value reward combination 

4 - Treats should be smaller than 2.5cm to fit through the dispensing hole (3 cm diameter)

1 - The dispenser works best when operated with two hands 

2- Shake the dispenser and reinforce with a verbal and/or a visual command 

3 - Place one hand on the main body and the other on the rotating end

4 - Twist so the two holes are aligned and dispense a treat 

5 - Reverse the opening process with two hands until the dispenser is closed

To keep your dispenser fresh we recommend regular cleaning of the dispenser.

1 - Follow the instructions above to open and detach the two parts

2 - Remove the neoprene sleeve and clip 

3 - Wash the main body of the dispenser in warm soapy water and allow to dry or use a towel

4 - Use a damp cloth or damp kitchen towel on the head unit 

5 - Use a damp cloth to remove any marks or dirt from the sleeve 

6 - Allow to fully dry before adding more treats
